Shipping & Delivery
Getting your orders to you in a timely matter is of our utmost concern. All shipments are made via the USPS Postal Service via First Class, Priority and Express Services. All these are availale to you to select from during the checkout process. Please ensure your address is you Postal Mail shipping address. If you live in an area where your postal mail is delivered only to a PO box, please enter your PO box as your shipping address. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed after 9am Friday, Mountain Time, will be shipped the following Monday.

Upon order placement, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your package is sent. This shipping confimation emial will include your delivery confimation number, which may be used as a tracking number at the USPS website (see "Track and Confirm").

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is of great concern to us. Your information will never be sold, rented, or otherwise shared with any other party. Your email, address and payment information is stored on servers secured with the latest highest technology encryption. We take steps to ensure this information remains secure, and is completely purged from our databases at your personal request.

Returns & Replacements
We stand behind our products completely. However, if you need to return something for any reason at all, we offer a no hassle returns policy. Simply email us at for a tracking number to include with your return, so we'll know how to take care of it when it arrives here.

Ordering through our secure servers allows you to set up an account (only if you want to!) so you may track your orders, create a wishlist, and view your order history (among other things). YOU DO NOT need to join, or be a member in any way to receive our low pricing and exceptionally high quality products. We'll also be happy to take your order by phone (303) 443-3267, OR email.

Payments & Pricing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, and if you'd like to mail in your order, personal checks or money orders are fine. We currently sell all products "direct wholesale to the public", and are currently working on a seperate system for retailers who would like to carry or products. If you care to, send us an email letting us know you'd like to carry our products in your store, and we'll inform you when you may log in as a wholesale/retailer customer.

Viewing Orders
If you create an account (again, you don't HAVE to) when ordering, you can always log in and see your order status and past orders. You'll also receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails, even if you do not create an account.
